Here is the stock & texture that you can download and use for this tutorial.

Step 1. Use Lasso Tool (L), select around cungloi1

Then create the feather by press Ctrl+Alt+D, write 25 pixels for it

Press Ctrl+C for copying.

Step 2. Paste it to Texturec2 (Ctrl + V), then press Ctrl + T and move like this

For making it better, use erase tool and delete the area that you don’t want.

Step 3. Change the blend mode of layer 1(the girl) to Overlay. Then create the selection at layer 1 by Lasso Tool, change the feather (Ctrl+Alt+D) to 20px

Duplicate this layer (Ctrl + J), change its blend mode to Normal with 25% for opacity.
Duplicate it again, change its blend mode to Overlay with 60% for opacity.

Step 4. Creat a new layer(Ctrl+shift+N) - layer 3. Then press Ctrl+alt+E+shift.
Next, choose Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, change “Gaussian Blur” to 7.
Then, change its blend mode to soft light with 100% for opacity.

Step 5. Create the new layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) - Layer 4 . Then press Ctrl+Alt+E+Shift.
Use Blur Tool (R) for making blur some areas in model and texture.

Step 6. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for applying the cungloi2 to the texture (Layer 5).
Change the blend mode of this layer to Overlay.

Step 7. Select the layer 4, use Clone Stamp Tool (S) draw something on model's face.

Step 8. Select the layer 5. Then duplicate the layer 5 (Ctrl +J), so we have the Layer 5 copy, change the blend mode of this layer to soft light with opacity 30%.

Step 9. Repeat step 1 and step 2 for applying the cungloi3 to the left bottom of the image (Layer 6), change the blend mode of this layer to Soft Light, then use Erase Tool to delete some areas that you don't like.

Step 10. Press Ctrl+J for dulicate the layer 6, so we have the “Layer 6 copy”, change the blend mode of this layer to soft light with opacity 50%. And use Move Tool (V) to move the Layer 6 copy to right right bottom of this image.

Step 11. Write something with color #56384D, change the blend mode of this text layer to Overlay. Copy 2 times for this layer by press (Ctr+J) 2 times. Draw some details by using some brushes that you want.

Step 12. Create a new layer (Ctrl+shift+N). Then press Ctrl+shift+alt+E. Now, Go to Filter > Render > Lighting Effects
Choose Omni for Light Type, move the light to the center, then press ok
Change the blend mode of this layer to Soft Light with the opacity 40%
