Impress your photo by change its color

This tutorial show you how to make a photo look more beautiful.
This is original photo.

I want to post it in my blog, but it look normal so I make it look like this:

Step 1.Press Ctrl + L

Step 2: Press L, use Lasso Tool to mark that area

Select menu Filter / Blur / Guassian Blur

Then click OK. Press Ctrl + F until you think it’s OK.
Next, select menu Filter / Noise / Add Noise

Step 3: Repeat step 2 but with another area in the face. Do step 2 until the face look better.

Step 4: Press R, use Smudge Tool to smooth the lips.

Next, press O, use Dodge Tool to bright the tooth.

Step 5: Now the photo is more better than the original one but I want it looks more interesting, so I’ll make up it.
Create a new layer by pressing Shift + Ctrl + N
Press B, use Brush tool. Choose the color: #ee5282.

Use Brush to draw like this:

Then, change its blend mode to Overlay with 39% of Opacity (or 43%, 55% depends on you). Press E to erase some area around the lips , than we have this one:

Step 6: Create a new layer. Use Brush Tool to draw like this with the color #af7510 (or any other color you like)
Change its blend mode to overlay with 46% of opacity (or 100% depends on the color)

Step 7: This is the final step, press Ctrl + M to have a different color.
